Medieval Realms: Dynasties is a historical grand strategy game focused on dynasties, cities, diplomacy, economy and territorial expansion across the medieval Islamic world.
Long Description
Medieval Realms: Dynasties is a historical grand strategy game set across the medieval Islamic world. Players lead a ruling dynasty and guide its political power through an age of rival courts, fortified cities and shifting frontiers. The world map is built from historical research, then adapted so that strategy stays readable: geography, cities and borders shape every decision. Players develop cities and territories, manage the resources that support their ambitions, negotiate alliances, treaties and rivalries, and expand their realm across a map where mountains slow armies and coasts open new routes. Dynasties give each power a lasting identity and a legitimacy to protect. The first campaign in development is Al-Andalus, set in medieval Iberia and the Maghreb. The game is in development: the world map, campaign warfare and the economy are playable in development builds, while cities, diplomacy and dynasties are still being built. No release date has been announced.
